Our Return Policy

We want you to love your Lunacalli candles. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please review the conditions below to ensure your return is eligible.

Return Eligibility

Eligible for Return

  • Unused and unopened products in original packaging
  • Products returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items with original tags and seals intact
  • Defective or damaged products (reported within 7 days of delivery)

Not Eligible for Return

  • Used or burned candles (unless defective)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (final sale)
  • Items marked as non-returnable

How to Return an Item

Request a Return

Contact us at returns@lunacalli.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days.

Receive Return Authorization

Once approved, you'll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping your return.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging if possible. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship to the provided address.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when complete.

Refund Information

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Other payment methods: Varies by provider

Refund Amount

Your refund will include the full product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

Want a different scent or size? We're happy to help with exchanges.

For the fastest service, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product. This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible.

Alternatively, contact us at returns@lunacalli.com to arrange a direct exchange. Direct exchanges may take longer to process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@lunacalli.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the damage or defect
  • Photos showing the issue

We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs. Do not discard damaged items until instructed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Damaged items: We cover return shipping costs
  • Wrong item sent: We cover return shipping costs
  • Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping
  • Incorrect size/scent ordered: Customer pays return shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or fees. Please mark packages as "Return" to avoid additional charges.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot process refunds for returns lost in transit.
