Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means that any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Important: Your local customs authority may contact you to collect import duties and taxes before delivering your package. These fees vary by country and are based on the declared value of your order.
We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand potential fees before placing an international order. Lunacalli is not responsible for any customs delays or additional charges incurred during the import process.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the link provided or by visiting the carrier's website.
Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after shipment. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact us.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to shipping regulations for fragranced products, we currently cannot ship to:
- P.O. Boxes (for express and overnight shipping)
- APO/FPO addresses
- Certain remote locations (additional fees may apply)

Delivery Issues
Delayed Shipments
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, delays can occur due to:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing (international orders)
- High-volume periods (holidays)
- Incorrect shipping address
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Look for a delivery notice
- Contact the carrier directly
- Wait 24-48 hours (packages are sometimes marked delivered early)
If you still cannot locate your package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately. Do not discard any packaging materials until the issue is resolved. See our Returns Policy for more information.
Address Changes
Need to change your shipping address? Contact us as soon as possible. We can only modify addresses before the order ships. Once shipped, address changes are not possible.
To avoid delivery issues, please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons (November-December), we recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery. We'll post specific holiday shipping deadlines on our website and social media.
Tip: Choose express shipping for time-sensitive gifts to ensure they arrive on time.
